Appointments are available both virtual and in-person, at my Manhattan or Brooklyn office.

INSURANCE

We currently accept Blue Care Network, Oxford, and United Healthcare UHC | UBH insurances.
 

RATES

Individual sessions $250.

A sliding scale is available in justifiable cases, and for multiple visits per week.
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via Mastercard, Visa, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Health Savings Account (HSA).

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. A fee equal to the appointment fee is charged with less than 24 hours notice.
